As Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, the Baba Adinni of Osun State, Alhaji Dr. Abdulfatai Adesina Kolawole, JP, has congratulated all Muslim faithful in the State, Nigeria, and across the globe on this joyous and spiritually fulfilling occasion.

According to Eid-el-Fitr message issued and made available to newsmen by the Media Team of Baba Adinni, the Eid-el-Fitr is a day of thanksgiving to Almighty Allah for granting entire Muslims the grace to witness and complete the sacred month of fasting, prayers, and devotion. “It is a moment of celebration, but also a time for deep reflection on the virtues of patience, sacrifice, humility, and compassion which Ramadan has instilled in us.

“As we rejoice with our families, friends, and communities, I urge all Muslims to sustain the spirit of Ramadan by continuing to uphold righteousness, extend kindness to the less privileged, and promote peace, unity, and harmonious coexistence in our society.

“In these times, our collective prayers and actions are needed more than ever to strengthen our communities and move our dear nation forward. Let this Eid serve as a reminder that together, with faith and unity, we can overcome challenges and build a more peaceful and prosperous society.

“I pray that Almighty Allah accepts all our acts of worship, forgives our shortcomings, and blesses us with good health, happiness, and abundant prosperity. May this celebration bring renewed hope, divine guidance, and lasting peace to our homes and our nation.

“Give more charity, recite more Qur’an. Make sincere du’a, forgive others and seek forgiveness.

“The end of Ramadan could be the beginning of your elevation. May Allah accept all our fasts, prayers, and sacrifices, forgive our shortcomings, and grant us the opportunity to witness many more Ramadans in good health and strong faith. Ameen”, Alhaji Kolawole concluded.
