The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) said, contrary to the information making rounds, it has not begun any recruitment exercise
This was contained in a release made available to Nigerian NewsDirect by the Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division, Mr Garba Deen Muhammad.
Earlier, the social media were flooded with information about NNPC recruitment exercise
However, Muhammad said there was no truthfulness whatsoever in the information, noting that if there were any recruitment by the Corporation, it would be done through its website.
The message reads in part, “This is to inform the public that the information circulating in the Social Media that the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is conducting a recruitment exercise IS NOT TRUE and the public should disregard it in its entirety.
“Whenever NNPC decides to conduct a recruitment exercise, it will announce this to the public through authentic public communication channels including the NNPC’s website (www.nnpcgroup.com).”
