IGP Disu Hosts PSC Chairman, Commissioners at Force Headquarters
The Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Rilwan Disu, on Tuesday received the Chairman of the Police Service Commission, Hashimu Salihu Argungu, and a delegation of commissioners at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
The delegation included PSC Commissioners Uba Bala Ringim, Paul Adamu Galumje, Abdulfatah Mohammed, and Christine Ladi Dadup.
According to the police authorities, discussions during the meeting focused on key administrative and welfare matters affecting the Nigeria Police Force.
The issues discussed included strengthening officer training programmes, maintaining official confidentiality, and resolving outstanding personnel matters within the Force.
IGP Disu reaffirmed the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to sustaining a productive and harmonious working relationship with the Police Service Commission.
He stated that the collaboration is aimed at building a more disciplined, professional, and motivated police force capable of effectively discharging its constitutional responsibilities.
