Interior Minister Tunji-Ojo Hosts US Embassy Delegation in Abuja

Nigeria’s Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has received a delegation from the Embassy of the United States in Nigeria during a meeting held at his office in Abuja.

The delegation was led by Tim Smith and included Pamela Hack and Jane Jensen.

According to the minister, discussions during the roundtable meeting focused on strategies aimed at strengthening the long-standing relationship between Nigeria and the United States.

The meeting also explored modalities for deepening bilateral cooperation in key areas of mutual interest, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to sustaining a strong strategic partnership.

Tunji-Ojo noted that the engagement reflects the continued diplomatic and institutional collaboration between both countries across critical sectors.
