South-West Elders Applaud Gbajabiamila’s Legislative Triumphs, People-Centric Approach
In a resounding tribute, the South-West Elders Forum commends Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to Nigeria’s President, for his remarkable legislative achievements and unwavering commitment to community-focused initiatives during his tenure in the National Assembly.
President Olapade Idowu lauds Gbajabiamila’s leadership as Speaker of the House of Representatives, emphasising his pivotal role in steering both the Minority and Majority Leadership as well as championing people-oriented projects.
Highlighting Gbajabiamila’s significant legislative contributions, the Forum cites the passage of the Students’ Loans (Access to Higher Education) Act 2023, underscoring his impact on critical sectors such as health and education.
Echoing this sentiment, the Society for Youth Emancipation, in a statement from President Victor Olaniyan, hails Gbajabiamila as a trailblazer committed to nurturing future legislative leaders through fellowship programs. The group commends his astute leadership in institutionalising and fortifying the Legislature with the introduction of a legislative library.
