Senator Kamorudeen Oyewumi Pledges Continued Service to Muslim Ummah

The Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Senator Kamorudeen Olalere Oyewumi, who also serves as the Mayegun Adeen of the Irewole/Isokan/Ayedaade Federal Constituency, extends his deepest appreciation to the Nawair-ud-Deen Society of Nigeria following his prestigious turbaning as the Aare Atayese Adeen of Nawair-ud-Deen of Osun State.
This significant honor serves as formal recognition of his long-standing dedication to the Muslim Ummah and his persistent efforts to drive community-centric development. Senator Oyewumi views this title not merely as a personal achievement, but as a reflection of the shared values and aspirations of the entire Nawair-ud-Deen Society.
This conferment stands as a testament to the Senator’s unwavering commitment to the advancement of Islamic infrastructure and education.
His contributions have been particularly evident in the renovation and modernization of the Nawair-ud-Deen Ikire Central Mosque, which included a structural facelift and the installation of modern ablution and restroom facilities.
Furthermore, he has facilitated the revitalization of the Nawair-ud-Deen primary school buildings, provided solar-powered security lighting, and established the Nawair-ud-Deen Secondary School in Gbongan, including the construction of new classroom blocks.
These projects, alongside various socio-economic initiatives, highlight his mission to provide modern facilities that foster spiritual growth and academic excellence, ensuring a sustainable future for the community.
Senator Oyewumi expresses his sincere gratitude to the Vice President of the Nawair-ud-Deen Society, Alhaji Yakubu Arogunmasa; the Osun State Chairman, Alh. Hassan Adegoke; the esteemed Islamic scholars in attendance; and the Guest Lecturer, Sheikh Ismaheel Gbamolada, for their profound spiritual guidance.
