NSCDC Arrests Suspected Gun-Runner, Fraudster in Kano
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has apprehended a suspected gun-runner and fraudster in Kano State, officials confirmed.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect, Suleiman M. Uba, 31, a native of Tashene village in Zaki Local Government Area, Bauchi State, was intercepted while en route to Kebbi State. Authorities recovered a significant amount of cash in U.S. dollars alongside charms from his possession.
The arrest underscores the NSCDC’s continued commitment to curbing illegal arms trafficking, financial fraud, and other criminal activities across the country. Further investigations are ongoing.
