Osun Commissioner Applauds Governor Adeleke’s Responsive Governance

Osun State Commissioner for Political Affairs and Intergovernmental Relations, Dr. Biyi Odunlade, has expressed admiration for Governor Ademola Adeleke’s exemplary commitment to accountable, responsive, and responsible governance.
This praise comes in light of the governor’s handling of the initial batch of Federal Government rice palliatives distribution in the state.
In an exclusive interview with reporters at his office, Dr. Odunlade commended the transparency demonstrated in the distribution process of the palliatives in Osun State.

He highlighted that while the Federal Government sent palliatives to all states in Nigeria, the distribution and implementation templates varied from state to state.
According to Dr. Odunlade, Osun State’s distribution template was marked by transparency and a commitment to improving the lives of the state’s residents.
He noted that Governor Ademola Adeleke consistently seeks to provide assistance to the less privileged in the state.
Discussing inter-ministerial collaboration, the Commissioner described Senator Ademola Adeleke’s administration as a network where all ministries work harmoniously to deliver good governance across the state.
Dr Odunlade also emphasized that the state government, under Senator Adeleke’s leadership, fosters a collaborative approach that includes engaging with the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC).
This approach ensures that the interests of all political parties are considered, promoting unity and understanding among various political stakeholders.
Regarding his agenda for the Ministry, Dr. Odunlade, as the political head, emphasized his commitment to promoting harmony and peaceful coexistence among political parties, including the PDP and other groups in the state.
He aims to support intergovernmental relations and ensure that all segments of the government work together to achieve unity, harmony, understanding, and prosperity for the people of Osun State.
