President Tinubu Departs Abuja for Three-Week Annual Vacation in Europe
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today for Europe to commence a three-week vacation as part of his annual leave.
The President’s first destination will be London, United Kingdom, where he is expected to spend part of the period on a working vacation.
According to the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria at the end of his vacation and resume his official engagements.
The President’s return will also precede preparations for the January 2027 elections, with political activities expected to intensify ahead of the polls.
The Presidency said the vacation forms part of the President’s annual leave.
