Wow! We @blerf.org appreciate and celebrate one of our own, Chief Dare Babarinca (CON), an alumnus of BLERF’S International HALL OF FAME.
Since I met Uncle Dare years ago at NEWSWATCH MAGAZINE, LAGOS, I have kept track of the WRITINGS of this famous literary journalist, with a flourishing passion.

I am in total agreement with Uncle Tola Adeniyi Snr. that “Dare BABARINSA is our impeccable historian in journalism with a pen that crafts prose flawlessly.”
When BLERF organised an exhibition of the BRIGHTEST AND THE BEST IN NIGERIAN JOURNALISM in August, last year, Dare, Uncle Ray Ekpu, Uncle Dan Agbese (late), Segun Adeniyi, Lanre Idowu, Mike Awoyinfa, Sam Akpe, Anietie Usen, James Akpandem, Peter Enahoro (late), Uncle Tony Momoh (late), our own Chief Olusegun Osoba, and Dimgba Igwe (late) “brought sparks of journalistic literary Legacy into the show.”
